The restaurant at Patong Bay Residence served very nice Thai food. the bed was extremely comfy. - the room had an electric kettle and refrigerator.

Fairly clean and the staff was very friendly. It was based in very very good building in an absolutely perfect and comfortable location, to Phuket airport. In Linda Seafood you could have Halal meals👌

We had an excellent stay in a long time. The hotel was absolutely great to Patong beach. The staff were courteous and took care of us. The room was spacious, it had a particularly good bathroom. The location was marvelous for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of an elaborate mall.

The staff was incredibly nice, everything was great. I got the a double room, it was huge and modern.

The size of the room and the fact that there was a sofa. Also the bathroom was absolutely fine

The breakfast. Every day the same minimum selection of low quality. The corridors of the hotel leave the impression of being in a prison or an industrial plant.

Beautiful spacious rooms with very good beds. during my stay my room was cleaned every day. in the SPA area sauna and steam bath available also separately for ladies and gentlemen.

Breakfast not much choice and everything is brought from the next building no own kitchen transport of food not hiygenich and open because the hotel is brand new the staff has to be trained on everything. in the SPA area the same rag toilets are cleaned also other areas where it stinks. fitness room very small.

Large and very clean room. Good breakfast buffet. Renting a scooter and booking a ferry was no problem at all

Hotel is not directly on the beach, but everything is within walking distance. We had a small kitchen in our room. However, there was no cutlery or pots to use them.

The room is great value. the staff are helpful and ready to help. - the venue provides excellent service. - It has decent views and clean pools. - Offers a marvelous, favorable location.

You can tell from the hotel that it is still new. Everything clean and tidy... I got a room upgrade. Everything was clean, every day the rooms were cleaned and fresh towels were provided. There were 2 bottles of water per day free of charge.

The drain in the shower was a disaster. Environment is not so great.

Extremely spacious rooms with kitchen, a good TV plus bathroom, had a really comfortable stay for family vacation. Great location, a 10-15 minute walk from My Way. Good restaurant not too far away from the hotel.

Upon our arrival, we were assigned a studio suite that had a modern touch. It looked stylish and up-to-date! 💫

Being an Australian in my late sixties,I always prefer a hotel with a lift,I am past lugging cases up four or five flights of stairs, this hotel however has a lift ! Staff are good and room has everything that a reasonable person could expect,it is value for money ! Breakfast is a bit boring same every day, cereal,boiled eggs, toast and jam, still it is wholesome and fills a hole. The hotel is very clean and I have stayed there on three different occasions,Wi Fi is available and staff can arrange tours and give advice. So there is my reccommendation,it is my hotel of choice in Patong .If you are on a budget this is the place to stay. close to the action but quiet enough to get some sleep Best of luck
